We provide residential, commercial, automotive and emergency locksmithing services across Warner and the City of Moreton Bay. Service descriptions on this website are general in nature; the specific work to be performed and the price will be confirmed before we attend, unless it is an emergency callout where pricing is confirmed on arrival.

3. Quotes and pricing

We confirm pricing before we attend wherever possible. Quoted prices are based on the information you provide and the standard work required. If additional work or hardware is required that was not foreseeable from the information provided, we will advise you and seek your approval before proceeding.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the job and access requirements;
• Confirm you are authorised to request access to the property or vehicle;
• Make the site safe and accessible for our locksmith; and
• Pay the agreed price for the services performed.

5. Proof of authority

For security reasons, we may request evidence that you are authorised to access the property or vehicle before proceeding (for example, identification, proof of ownership or occupancy, or a strata or property manager's authorisation). We reserve the right to decline a job where authority cannot be established.

6. Warranties and consumer guarantees

Our services are provided with due care and skill. Hardware supplied is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Return Policy and Consumer Guarantees for details.

7. Website use

This website is provided for information about our services. We endeavour to keep it accurate and current, but do not warrant that all content is error-free or complete. You may not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
