Return & Refund Policy
Our policy for returns, refunds and warranties on hardware and workmanship.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. Hardware supplied
Locks, keys and other hardware supplied by Warner Locksmiths are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality, we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with those guarantees.
2. Change of mind
We do not provide a refund or replacement where you simply change your mind about a product that has already been cut, keyed, installed or otherwise customised to your requirements (for example, keys cut to your locks, or locks keyed to a restricted system). For standard, unmodified stock returned in original, resalable condition, contact us within 14 days and we will assess the request.
3. Workmanship
Our installation and repair work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If a problem arises from our work within the guarantee period, we will return to rectify it at no charge. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or third-party modification of the work we performed.
4. How to request a return
To request a return, refund or warranty service, contact us with your invoice or job details. We will assess the request and advise the outcome, including any manufacturer warranty process that applies. Where a refund is due, we will refund using your original payment method.
